West Country Mills is a family owned and operated business located just west of Bentley, Alberta. We produce Stone Ground Flour from the wheat that we grow in our own fields.  

 

Our flour is 100% natural with no additives or preservatives, only the flavor and nutrition that comes from the whole kernel.  We are passionate about providing a healthy and locally grown food product.
