All Purpose flour is made from our Hard Red Spring wheat. After being milled, the flour is sifted with a fine screen, removing a large portion of the bran and germ. This is a great multi-purpose flour for all your baking needs.
60% Whole Wheat (2kg, 4kg, 10kg, 18kg)
60% Whole Wheat flour is made from our homegrown Hard Red Spring Wheat. After being milled, the flour is sifted with a coarse screen, removing some of the large flakes of bran. This flour is great for added flavor and texture to your loaves, muffins and breads.
100% Whole Wheat (2kg, 4kg, 10kg, 18kg)
100% Whole Wheat flour is made from our homegrown Hard Red Spring Wheat. This flour utilizes 100% of the kernel. It is great to use on its own or mixed with other flours to add texture and nutritional value to your baking.
Red Fife Berries (2.5kg & 5kg, 10kg, 20kg)
Red Fife is a heritage wheat considered to be one of Canada’s oldest wheat varieties originating from Scotland around 1860. Artisan bakers favor this wheat for its exceptional flavor and baking properties. Because of its softer gluten strength, it is great in cookies, cakes and pastries.
