All Purpose flour is made from our Hard Red Spring wheat.  After being milled, the flour is sifted with a fine screen, removing a large portion of the bran and germ. This is a great multi-purpose flour for all your baking needs.

  • Store is a cool, dry place. Can be stored in the freezer/refrigerator to ensure freshness. Lasts up to 6 months if stored properly.
